In 2018, Med-Tex Services, Inc. decided that it was time for a new website that reflects who they are as a company. As a leader in the Safety, Health and Rescue Services industry for over 30 years, Med-Tex has a lot to offer. At beMarketing, we were tasked with creating a visually appealing, easy to navigate that allows visitors to quickly access the services or classes they are searching for. Med-Tex also offer training courses and equipment via their website, so scheduling and ecommerce features are key aspects that need to be visible and easy to use for visitors of the site.
beMarketing started by creating a homepage that would allow visitors to instantly see the top services offered by Med-Tex. We were able to do this by placing a clickable banner on the homepage that highlights the six major service areas.
Improved UX/UI allows visitors to find what they are looking for without even having to scroll on the page. There is also visible links to the Training Calendar, where clients can schedule their courses and view future available classes.
Along with scheduling classes, the new Med-Tex site offered equipment suggestions to accompany the future course the user was signing up for. Thus, creating interest and potential conversion on equipment rentals that was not promoted on the previous site.
After becoming a part of the beMarketing family, Med-Tex's organic sessions increased by 6.19% from the prior year, which makes up more than half of all their sessions on the website. Through the continuation of SEO practices, Med-Tex's direct traffic sessions increased by of 37% from the previous year. Over 77% of all of Med-Tex's traffic is coming from the SEO efforts done on and off-site.
