Growth. We must do it as individuals. As part of a team or department. As a company. And most importantly for and with our clients. beMarketing is in full-force growth mode over the past few months by not only adding multiple team members to our already all-star staff, but by also moving into a new digs, and taking our services to the next level.
In referencing growth, I can’t help but think about our team. We don’t like to boast (well, maybe occasionally), but our staff are rock stars and the most innovative and hard-working people you will ever meet. Sometimes we get caught up in the day to day of taking such great care of our clients and partners that we forget to stop and verbalize how appreciative we are of the most important assets we (or any company) have; the people.
Again, referencing our forefathers, the Constitution doesn’t state, I the person, it’s We The People.
So if you are a manager, CEO, business owner, or some other fancy title, I challenge you to make a commitment. For the next 30 days, thank, compliment, encourage or say something positive to your staff or colleagues daily.
Speaking of growth, I’d like to welcome our newest beMarketing addition, Karli Franiak joined our team in August in the graphics department. We also want to welcome John Schneider our fall intern from West Chester University and say good bye and good luck to Steve Manzo our summer intern!
Last but not least, we are super excited about being named one of Philly’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies for two years in row!
