Since starting with Chickie's & Pete's in 2009, Chickie's has grown to over 35+ locations. Part of our job in re-designing their website was to develop a quick and efficient way for customers to find their closest location. We introduced geolocation functionality to check a radius from the users current location and return the closest.
Along with developing geolocation functionaly, we were also tasked with creating an easy way to manage current locations, while accomodating for future locations. The custom development of location post types future proofed the need for hardcoding in subsequent locations.
Some of Chickie's & Pete's establishments are condensed versions of their fully-functional restaurants. They needed a miniature version of the location software to highlight their other locations in stadiums, arenas, and entertainment related locations.
In the process of redesigning the site, we analyzed user interaction and site analytics to determine the low volume of gift card sales. After launch, gift card sales increased 225% in just the first three months.
Part of our relationship with Chickie's & Pete's involved strategize campaigns that would be promoted across a wide range of media. To compliment these campaigns we developed high converting advertisements for multiple digitally targeted platforms.
The success of these campaigns was measured and reported through our multiple tools.
