As a dynamic digital marketing agency that has not only left an indelible mark on the industry but has also earned itself a place among the ranks of other award-nominated firms, we are thrilled to once again be shortlisted for the prestigious US Search Awards in all the categories we entered, including Best Use of Search B2B (SEO), Best Use of Search B2C (PPC), and Best Low Budget Campaign (PPC). 

Award-Nominated Work: A Testament to Excellence

We submitted three campaigns this year on behalf of our clients, including one for a local real estate institution that offers a complete curriculum to help professionals take their first step toward a successful real estate career, an HVAC contractor who works with residential customers, and a prestigious consulting firm that offers integrated talent solutions to help companies attract, acquire, and keep the kind of talent they are looking for. 

For the first nomination, Best Low Budget Campaign (PPC), the client wanted to increase the conversions and phone calls they were receiving. Between October 2022 and January 2023, they only received a monthly average of 38.25 conversions. Our goal was to increase that from 38.25 to 50. We pitched the idea to increase their monthly budget from $800 to $1,600; they accepted, and we implemented the recommended budget changes. We devised a comprehensive strategy to optimize their online presence and attract a larger audience, ultimately driving more conversions and phone calls. Clicks increased from 2,246 to 2,953 (31.48%). Average monthly phone calls increased from 13.75 to 17 (23.64%). Our conversions increased by 12.45%, resulting in 226 conversions. The average CPC was $2.16, and our cost per conversion was $28.19. Additionally, our search impression share was 14.97%, up from our <10% search impression share (49.86% increase). 

 For our entry for the Best Use of Search B2C (PPC) category, our client was concerned about their electrical service leads. Previously, they did not need to utilize paid search to bring in electrical leads, but the market has become more cutthroat, so their goal was to increase electrical service conversions and become more competitive. Between February 1, 2023, and May 31, 2023, the campaign generated 318 conversions on 1,655 clicks for a conversion rate of 19.21%. It also yielded a 6.83% CTR over that time and a search impression share of 20.71%. The campaign also had a cost per conversion of only $51.14 during that span. These results are fantastic and exactly the kind of statistics the client was looking for.  

Lastly, our third nomination was for the Best Use of Search B2B (SEO). The client was looking to focus on improving traffic to their service pages. In February 2022, organic traffic was down for service pages by 40.43% (277 vs. 465) compared to the previous year. After implementing our strategy, in February 2023, our client saw there were 536 organic visitors specifically landing on services pages compared to the 277 organic visitors from February of 2022, a 93.50% increase. This is a perfect example of a campaign that not only met our client’s expectations but exceeded them.
